ABOUT REBECCA ABRAHAM

RARA COACHING FOUNDER

I have decades of experience spanning industries from financial services to nonprofit leadership. I ran sales territories, investor relations functions and global human resources departments, and found my diverse experiences helped me excel and progress quickly through roles of increasing responsibility, visibility and impact. For the past decade I've advised global executive teams and front-line employees alike on workplace and interpersonal issues. I love helping people solve problems and thrive in meaningful work they love.

I'm also a mom who's always trying to be more engaged in my community. I try every day to find balance between all the things. Some days are better than others! Most importantly, I am working on giving myself grace when I need it. I hope I can help you with this, too.

I have an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, am pursuing an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, and am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP).
